(More customer reviews)I'm an engineer and thus attracted to flashing lights. I'm also a clarinetist and thus attracted to small, easily portable, sensitive tuners! This little tuner is fantastic--it is smaller in diameter than one of those pink containers of bubble gum tape from your childhood and equally lightweight. It has three different visual modes so that you can use whichever method best suits you. I like the mode that spins until you are in tune (when it gradually slows down) and am constantly surprised as to the sensitivity of the LEDs. If you aren't really sure what the different modes are all about, I encourage you to visit the Korg website--they have a wonderful video showing off the DT-4 and what makes it unique.
You cannot find a better price than here at Amazon.com and after choosing "super saver shipping" I received the tuner the day after I ordered it! Amazing...

The DT-4 illuminates the green LEDs around its circumference in one of three tuning modes: Strobe, Mirror, or Meter. There are also triangular red tuning guides that indicate whether the input is sharp or flat, helping you tune your instrument more precisely. The DT-4 is a unique style of chromatic tuner in which LEDs around its circumference indicate how close the input pitch is to the note name displayed in the center. In spite of its compact size (fits in the palm of your hand), the illuminated circumference and large note name display provide excellent visibility, allowing high-precision tuning over a range of A0 (27.50 Hz)-C8 (4186.01 Hz). The adjustable calibration lets you specify the reference pitch in a range of 410 Hz-480 Hz (1 Hz steps).
